Unum Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team based in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and digital advertising - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital channels - Assist in the management of social media accounts and online communities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Support the team in other ad-hoc marketing projects as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient with a strong passion for digital marketing - Excellent planning and research skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Experience with social media platforms and digital analytics tools is a plus
