Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Loopio is looking for a passionate and resourceful Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Entry Level position, we are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and SEM - Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve ROI - Create engaging content for online platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for marketing initiatives - Monitor and report on website traffic and engagement metrics using Google Analytics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in digital marketing strategies - Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance - Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo - Experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Sprout Social - Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with Google Analytics - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
