Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at American Family Insurance Group, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the Vancouver, British Columbia, CA market. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels such as social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising - Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization - Manage the company website and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and messaging - Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for digital platforms - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Monitor and track KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and report on results to senior management - Provide support for other marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Confident and resilient personality traits to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment - Strong research skills to stay ahead of industry trends - Proven project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet deadlines - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
