Irving Oil is seeking a talented Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will possess personality traits such as resilience and resourcefulness, along with soft skills including cooperation and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various digital platforms - Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail or energy sector - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
