Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Voya Financial, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content for our website, social media channels, email newsletters, and other digital platforms. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and ultimately generate leads and sales.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords and social media - Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI - Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital channels - Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including website traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Experience managing paid advertising campaigns - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Reliable and confident personality traits - Emotional intelligence and persuasion skills - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media advertising platforms
