Digital Marketing Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate Level Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals. 2. Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. 3. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI. 4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive integrated marketing campaigns. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts are cutting-edge. 6. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track success and make data-driven decisions. 7. Manage a team of digital marketing specialists and provide leadership and guidance. 8. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. 3. Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns. 4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 6. Resilient and hardworking personality traits. 7. Leadership and negotiation soft skills. 8. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
