Graham Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience in the field is required.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website - Manage all social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements: - Dedicated and adaptable personality traits - Strong people management skills - Attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred, but not required
