Digital Marketing Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Synnex is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a remote position, this role offers the flexibility to work from home while still contributing to the success of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and will be passionate, resilient, and possess strong creativity and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms - Analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and messaging - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth - Manage social media accounts, including content creation and engagement with followers - Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion - Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for both online and offline channels - Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategies - Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to improve website traffic and visibility

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management tools, and other digital marketing platforms - Experience with email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation strategies - Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google AdWords - Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines - Passionate about marketing and staying at the forefront of industry trends
