Job Description:
HRG Group is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to work remotely from Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing. The successful candidate will be adaptable and resilient, with strong soft skills in adaptability and people management.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to company websites - Manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using metrics such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to optimize strategies and tactics
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online advertising and content creation - Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Mailchimp - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns
