Job Description - Remote Marketing Assistant

Job description:


Alphabet is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Marketing Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and in a team environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. 2. Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website content. 4. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement. 5. Support the coordination of marketing events and promotional activities. 6. Assist in managing relationships with vendors and external partners. 7. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining marketing materials.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and organizational skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail. 7. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques. 8. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 9. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
