Marketing Assistant

McMillan is seeking a passionate and resourceful Marketing Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks and projects. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify new opportunities - Coordinating marketing activities such as events, promotions, and advertising - Managing social media accounts and engaging with followers - Creating content for promotional materials and digital platforms - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency - Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns - Providing administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a marketing role - Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
