Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Marketing Associate to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the success of campaigns - Support the coordination of events, trade shows, and conferences - Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Motivated and proactive approach to work - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics - Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies - Experience with graphic design software is a plus
