Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team at Dover in Toronto, Ontario. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer behavior - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials including promotional content, advertising campaigns, and social media posts - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for optimization - Assist in managing relationships with external partners such as advertising agencies, vendors, and media outlets - Support the Marketing Manager in developing and maintaining the marketing budget - Assist in organizing and attending promotional events and trade shows as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and confident with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong cooperation and decision-making skills
