Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Interpublic Group is seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Toronto, Ontario. This position is entry level, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts of our company and helping to drive growth and success.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Create content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Collaborate with team members and external partners to execute marketing initiatives - Help coordinate and participate in promotional events and activities - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Team player with a cooperative attitude towards colleagues and clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing tools/software - Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising preferred
