Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Southwest Airlines is seeking a dedicated and passionate Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis, working from home in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for optimization - Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure marketing activities are aligned with company goals and objectives - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute fresh ideas and innovative strategies - Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the marketing team and contribute to overall success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Strategic planning skills to develop and execute effective marketing strategies - Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and analytics tools - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices - Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
