Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Big Lots is seeking a motivated and adaptable Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Toronto, Ontario. As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach target audiences. 2. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. 3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. 4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to track success and optimize future efforts. 5. Collaborate with team members to coordinate marketing activities and initiatives. 6. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns. 7. Support the maintenance and organization of marketing databases and files. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to continually improve marketing strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in a marketing role. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. 6. Highly organized and detail-oriented. 7. Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines. 8. Adaptability and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 9. Strong teamwork and cooperation skills.
