Marketing Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our team at Host Hotels & Resorts in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive sales.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing plans and strategies - Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns - Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives - Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and confident with the ability to work remotely - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software
