Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Duke Energy in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content - Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Assist in the development of digital marketing plans and budgets - Work with external vendors and agencies as needed - Handle ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Prior experience in people management is preferred
