Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Hilton in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, driven, creative, and excellent at planning.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and customer engagement for Hilton. - Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to promote brand awareness and increase online presence. - Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics to optimize digital marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for online marketing initiatives. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital marketing efforts. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Hilton's digital marketing strategies are cutting-edge.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proven track record of successfully implementing digital marketing campaigns. - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
