Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Medtronic in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, driven, possess strong people management and communication skills, and thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement - Manage online marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and display advertising - Analyze data and insights to continuously optimize digital marketing efforts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives - Monitor and report on key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Manage relationships with external vendors and partners

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing - Strong understanding of online marketing principles and best practices - Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach - Driven to achieve results and deliver on business objectives
