Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Simon Fraser University is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time position at the Associate level, the Online Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the university's online marketing efforts.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to promote the university's programs and initiatives - Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the online marketing landscape - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with organizational goals - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online marketing or a related role - Energetic and hardworking with a positive attitude - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems
