Lennar, a leading real estate development company, is seeking a part-time Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase brand awareness - Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, website, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new ideas for online promotions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Lennar remains competitive in the market - Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong interest in marketing is a must - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required
