Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nutrien is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis with remote work flexibility. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in communications, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance our brand's visibility and reputation.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication plans to support business objectives - Create engaging content for various communication channels, including press releases, social media, and internal communications - Manage relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns - Collaborate with internal teams to align communication efforts with overall company goals - Handle crisis communication situations effectively and efficiently - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a communications role - Proven experience in people management and decision-making skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools - Experience with social media management and analytics tools is a plus
