Content Writer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Anixter International is seeking a talented and experienced Content Writer to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for a variety of platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and more. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand voice and target audience.

Responsibilities: - Research and write compelling content for various mediums - Develop content strategies to drive engagement and lead generation - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is aligned with marketing goals - Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing - Meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently - Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in content writing or a related field - Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail - Knowledge of content marketing best practices - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong strategic planning and project management skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Reliable and self-motivated with a passion for writing - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field (preferred)
