Remote Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Supervalu is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Communications Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic communication plans to effectively reach target audiences. 2. Manage all aspects of internal and external communications, including press releases, social media, and newsletters. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all platforms. 4. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 5. Support senior leadership in crafting speeches, presentations, and other key communications materials. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication strategies. 7. Provide guidance and training to team members on effective communication techniques.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication tools. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Experience in people management and innovation. 6.
