Remote Communications Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Remote Communications Specialist to join our team at Franklin Resources in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with internal and external stakeholders - Manage and create content for various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and press releases - Coordinate virtual events, webinars, and meetings with clients, partners, and colleagues - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization - Provide support for crisis communication and reputation management as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field - Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in people management and working in a remote or virtual environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in technology and digital communication tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
