Remote Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Ryder System, a renowned transportation and logistics company, is seeking a part-time Remote Communications Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in communications or a related field. We are looking for a reliable and passionate individual with strong research and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively reach internal and external audiences - Create engaging content for various communication channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze communication efforts to measure effectiveness and make adjustments as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in communications - Assist in crisis communication planning and response as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in a communications role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong research and strategic planning abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools - Experience with social media management and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
