Content Writer - Work from home

Job Description:

Mars Canada is seeking a talented Content Writer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in writing, editing, and content creation. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual who is passionate about creating engaging and informative content.

Responsibilities: 1. Research, write, and edit content for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials. 2. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies and ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines. 3. Conduct interviews and research to gather information for content creation. 4. Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines. 5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content writing and marketing. 6. Work within project timelines and deliver high-quality content on deadline. 7. Use project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field. 2. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 3. Excellent research and analytical skills. 4. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box. 5. Experience with content management systems and SEO best practices. 6. Strong communication and collaboration skills. 7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 8. Experience with project management software is preferred.
