Job Description:

J.M. Smucker is seeking a talented and experienced Online Content Writer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate-level position, the Online Content Writer will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling content for our online platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in content writing and a proven track record of producing high-quality, impactful content.

Responsibilities: 1. Research and write original content for the company's website, blog, and social media channels. 2. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity. 3. Optimize content for SEO and ensure that it is engaging and relevant to the target audience. 4. Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content writing to ensure that our content remains innovative and competitive. 6. Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. 7. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. 2. Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail. 3. Proven experience creating online content for a variety of platforms. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 7. Strong soft skills in strategic planning and presentation.
