Job Description:

The Bank of New York Mellon Corp. is looking for a passionate and driven Online Content Writer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate level position, the Online Content Writer will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for our website and other online platforms. The role is part-time and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing.

Responsibilities: 1. Write and edit content for the company website, blog posts, social media, and other online channels. 2. Conduct research on industry trends and news to create relevant and compelling content. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and ensure brand consistency. 4. Optimize content for SEO and work with the digital team to increase online visibility. 5. Work closely with designers and developers to ensure content is visually appealing and user-friendly. 6. Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to make data-driven decisions. 7. Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in the financial services industry. 3. Strong communication and writing skills, with attention to detail. 4. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. 5. Strategic planning and teamwork skills are essential. 6. Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
