Job Description:


Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a highly motivated and creative Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, and possess strong analytical skills to effectively manage our online presence.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts - Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate social media efforts with overall marketing strategies - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in social media management - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Proficiency in social media tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
