Jones Financial is seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Social Media Manager in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in social media management.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and schedule content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media and propose new ideas for campaigns - Assist with the creation of social media ads and promotions - Manage social media contests and giveaways
Requirements: - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer - Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics - Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
