Job Description:
Burlington Stores is currently seeking a dedicated and confident Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the Online Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's online presence and social media channels. The successful candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in social media management and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely manner - Analyze social media metrics and track the effectiveness of campaigns - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
