Social Media Manager

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement - Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, ads, and campaigns - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports - Stay current on industry trends and best practices for social media marketing - Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging - Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on social media platform algorithms and guidelines - Stay informed about new technologies and trends in social media

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management - Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics - Strong decision-making and leadership skills - Passionate about social media and staying current on industry trends - Resourceful in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions
