Remote Social Media Manager

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in social media management and a track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audience - Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Create and schedule content across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding - Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, and engage with followers through comments, messages, and reviews - Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the team on key insights and recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing initiatives and brand messaging - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in social media management - Confident and driven personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and reporting - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
