Social Media Manager

MetLife is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Social Media Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals with little to no experience who are eager to learn and grow in the industry.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Create and schedule content that aligns with company goals and target audience - Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to keep our social media presence fresh and relevant - Collaborate with other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategy

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong interest in social media and digital marketing is a must - Must be driven and energetic, with a passion for creating engaging content - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly - Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and changes in the social media landscape - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of social media advertising and best practices - Experience with social media management tools is a plus
