Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Principal Financial is seeking a confident and reliable Social Media Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 3. Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize social media campaigns. 4. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging social media platforms.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in social media management. 3. Strong teamwork and communication skills. 4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 5. Proficiency in social media analytics tools. 6. Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate. 7.
