Job Description:
Navistar International is seeking a part-time Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, as we believe that the right individual with the right attitude and skills can excel in this role.
Responsibilities: 1. Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Manage all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 3. Develop content calendars and schedule posts for optimal engagement. 4. Monitor social media analytics and report on key metrics. 5. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual who is willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to understand and connect with diverse audiences. 3. Strategic planning skills to develop effective social media campaigns. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics. 6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
