Job Description:
HRG Group is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, energetic, with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. 2. Create and manage all social media content, including posts, videos, and images. 3. Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities to increase reach and engagement. 4. Analyze social media metrics and report on performance to senior management. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. 3. Proficiency in social media analytics tools and strategies. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 6. Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). 7. Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
