O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis from the comfort of your own home. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing our company's presence on social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely manner - Analyze social media data and insights to optimize performance and drive results - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall marketing goals - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field - Strong research and creativity skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus
