Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Xcel Energy is seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, work from home position suitable for individuals at the entry level of their career with at least 1 year of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities for engagement - Analyze and report on social media performance metrics - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media management - Manage social media advertising campaigns - Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience in social media management - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Resourceful and adaptable with a creative mindset - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies - Experience with graphic design tools is a plus
