Job Description - Social Media Manager - Remote Work

As a Social Media Manager for Hartford Financial Services Group, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategy across various platforms. This is a remote part-time position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with an entry-level seniority requirement and at least 1 year of experience in social media management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media channels - Monitor social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategy - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing


Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Strong adaptability and leadership skills - 1+ year of experience in social media management - Proven track record of managing social media accounts for businesses - Excellent communication and writing skills - Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
