About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Design Build, Customer Service & Finance teams, with a primary focus on assisting Project Management and the Customer Service & Finance Coordinator.
This part-time, seasonal role (10–20 hours/week) is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping systems accurate and up to date. You’ll also support front office functions and serve as a welcoming point of contact for our customers.
