Aesthetic Consultant
Dermphi Centre™ is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Aesthetic Consultant to join our team on a part-time, 12-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside board-certified dermatologists in a modern, patient-focused clinical setting, delivering expert cosmetic guidance and personalized skincare solutions.

About the Role
As an Aesthetic Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking cosmetic procedures and skincare solutions. You will conduct comprehensive consultations, assess individual skin concerns, and recommend tailored treatment plans and medical-grade skincare products to achieve optimal results.
Working closely with our dermatology team, you will play a key role in ensuring each client receives expert guidance and a seamless, high-quality experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth cosmetic consultations, including skin analysis and client history review
Develop personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique skin concerns and goals
Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products and in-clinic procedures
Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and skincare regimens
Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, professionalism, and follow-up care
Collaborate with dermatologists and clinical staff to ensure cohesive patient care
Support clinic sales goals through ethical, client-focused recommendations
Maintain accurate client records using clinic management systems
Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere at all times
Attend company events to support operations, client engagement, and overall event execution, including on evenings and weekends as required,
Qualifications & Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within medical aesthetics, skincare, or a related field
Strong customer service background with a client-first mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in conducting consultations and recommending treatments/products
Professional, polished, and empathetic approach to client care
Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity (1 day per week)
