Join Our Team at Queen Margaret’s School – Athletic Therapist (Part-Time to Full-Time)

Are you passionate about student wellness and athletic performance? Queen Margaret’s School (QMS) is seeking a dedicated Athletic Therapist to support the health, safety, and success of our student-athletes. This is a part-time to full-time opportunity based at our beautiful 35-acre campus on Vancouver Island.

At QMS, we believe in nurturing the whole student—academically, physically, and emotionally. Our Athletics Program is an integral part of school life, promoting healthy lifestyles, character development, and school spirit.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide on-site care during practices, games, and school sports events


• Assess, treat, and develop rehabilitation plans for athletic injuries


• Educate students and staff on injury prevention and best practices


• Support Strength and Conditioning programs and safe use of our fitness centre


• Collaborate with coaches, families, and healthcare professionals


• Maintain accurate documentation and help shape student wellness policies
  
  

What You Bring:

• Certified Athletic Therapist (CATA), in good standing


• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Therapy, Kinesiology, or related field


• Current CPR and First Aid certifications


• Strength and Conditioning certification is an asset


• Experience working with youth athletes is preferred


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Class 5 driver’s license and access to transportation preferred
