Join Our Team as a Bell Person!

Are you a friendly, energetic person who enjoys helping others? Black Rock Oceanfront Resort is looking for a part-time Bell Person to provide exceptional service to our guests. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a guest-facing environment and enjoys making a lasting first impression.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.


• Escort guests to their rooms, providing helpful information about the resort and room features.


• Ensure the lobby is tidy and inviting.


• Support Guest Service Agents as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong verbal English communication skills.


• A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.


• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.


• Comfortable pushing luggage racks (up to ~150 lbs).


• Previous customer service experience is a plus.


• Knowledge of other languages and the west coast area is an asset.
