Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Contract)

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative will build instant rapport with customers while actively listening in order to determine their needs. The Inside Sales Representative develops new leads, communicates with customers, positions solutions, and ensures a smooth sales process.Fluency in English is required as we also service clients outside of the Quebec Region. What you'll do: Be the one-stop-shop for residential and small commercial customers interested in joining the Superior family or increasing their footprint with us.Take inbound sales calls and web leads, qualify the prospect, and close the saleManage your funnel through active follow up.Contribute to customer retention though top-notch customer service and proactive outbound campaigns.Feed the commercial sales team funnel, by qualifying large opportunities and getting them to the field for follow up by the right expert.Work with other teams throughout the business to ensure our customers get a great onboarding experience.Work independently yet collaboratively with other team members. What you bring: Three years of experience working with customers; sales experience considered an assetMinimum High school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skills - written and verbalCustomer focused relationship builderSolid computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) and quick to learn new applicationsPrevious experience with or other CRM systems is a bonusBilingual in French and/or Spanish?
