Faris Team is seeking a strong team player to organize, consult and stage in-person for our residential listings. How we market and present our listings is what separates us from our competition, and we are looking for someone who is coachable and can learn our processes and techniques quickly. The perfect team member is someone who has industry experience in staging, can manage multiple clients and team members, is highly detail-oriented, has a desire to learn and grow and has high standards of excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and expanding team with a vision to transform the Real Estate industry and to provide the Best Real Estate Experience. We have a proven system and support from over 100 team members who are experts in their roles that will help position you to succeed. This is a part-time opportunity with potential for up to 40 hours per week and will require Saturday and evening coverage. **Location may vary between Barrie and surrounding area with offices in Alliston, Barrie, Collingwood, Innisfil, Midland, Newmarket, Orillia, Vaughan

Here’s What A Day In The Life of A Faris Team Stager Looks Like:

• Conduct staging appointments and deliver services on time


• Organize and implement staging structure and packages


• Coordinate and work alongside additional departments


• Keep work calendar up-to-date to manage bookings


• 
  Represent the Faris Team brand through professionalism and while interacting with clients and team members creating an exceptional experience.
  

Qualifications and Licensing Requirements

• Minimum 1 year home staging experience


• Staging certification or equivalent experience


• Experience managing multiple clients and staging projects


• Proficient with current industry technology


• Exceptional customer service skills


• 
  Driver's license and ability to travel
