Job Description - Certified Nanny with Special Needs Experience

Compensation: $23-$25 per hour

We are looking for a certified and experienced nanny to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in childcare and specialized experience working with children with special needs.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and compassionate care for children, ensuring safety and well-being at all times

Assist with daily routines, including meals, personal care, and recreational activities

Support children’s development through structured activities, play, and educational engagement

Manage behavioral needs and apply strategies suited to the child’s specific requirements

Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s progress, daily activities, and any concerns

Maintain a safe and clean environment

Qualifications

Certified nanny or equivalent childcare certification

Minimum of [X years] of childcare experience, including direct experience with special needs children

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Knowledge of child development and special needs care practices

Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and follow routines set by parents
