We are a professional driver training company in operation for over 40 years specializing in corporate and fleet safety programs. We work with businesses across multiple industries to improve driver performance, reduce incidents, and promote safe driving practices.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Corporate Driving Instructor to deliver training programs for company drivers. This role involves both in-class and in-vehicle instruction, working directly with employees from a variety of organizations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver defensive driving and safety training


• Conduct in-vehicle driving assessments and coaching


• Customize training based on client needs


• Complete reports and driver evaluations


• Ensure a professional and safety-focused experience for all clients

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 or 5 driver’s licence (clean abstract required)


• Experience in driver training  


• Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Previous teaching or coaching experience an asset


• Experience with commercial or fleet driving 


• Ability to travel locally and occasionally to out-of-town client sites, with some overnight as required
